1. We don’t offer any refunds or returns once the order is placed.

2. You cannot cancel any items once you place an order.

3. It will take up to 10 business days to deliver your order excluding Saturdays , Sundays and other government holidays if any.

4. Once the order is placed, you will not be able to make any changes with items or any other details of your order.

5. Shipping charges will vary accordingly to the weight of your order.

6. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

7. If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged.

You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you receive from us.
